If you are interested in occasions of negative relationship between clinical 
experience and performance, here's an example: Ganzach, Y. (2000). The 
weighing of pathological and non-pathological information in clinical 
judgment. Acta Pscyhologica, 104, 87-101. This is probably not true for more 
solid disciplines (medicine?)
